Industry Demo Library
Choose a fictional example industry and create a private draft receptionist. Demo creation does not publish or activate a phone number.
Staff-only. The library appears when your account is authorized.
Independent demo receptionists
Each demo has its own greeting, settings and published knowledge. The original receptionist is protected. Creating an agent does not activate a phone number.
Agent configuration
The preview opens on the Receptionist screen; do not save original receptionist settings while testing.
Knowledge
To activate a demo phone number, the number must first be verified in Twilio and marked active in Auvranta. Phone assignment is not automatic.
Latest 100 calls. Call summaries appear when the voice worker submits a completed call.
Review caller requests and track the next action.
Agent Behavior & Voice Studio
Settings apply to future calls and browser previews. External integrations require approval and connection.
Deployment plans
Create customer demonstration plans using reusable industry templates. Nothing here provisions numbers, sends messages, publishes a widget, or starts billing.
Client and demo plans
Knowledge sources
Import information for your receptionist, inspect the extracted text, then save a draft. Nothing is published automatically.
Upload files
PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), CSV, TXT or Markdown. Maximum 5 MB per file.
Website page
Extract readable text from a public HTTPS web page. No login-required content.
Google Sheets
Import an accessible Google Sheets CSV export. Private Sheets authorization is not yet connected.
Files are processed to text for review; importing doesn't save or publish a source. Scanned PDFs require OCR and may not contain extractable text.
Compare and consolidate
Compare extracted information with the newest draft and published knowledge. Avoid duplicates and retain existing facts when sources disagree.
Process after importing or editing content.
“SMTP accepted” means the mail server accepted the message. Inbox delivery requires separate verification. Uncertain sends are held for review to prevent duplicates.
Search account activity. Dates use Eastern time.
